The bunkerbarge SAVINOSA sank on the 10th of September while alongside in the port of Tarragona spilling some of its cargo of Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) and Gasoil (GO). Immediate action was taken by the owners and Spanish authorities to control the spill and attempt to refloat the vessel [ [..]
